مرحباً بك في تطبيق سوري. باستخدامك للتطبيق أو إنشاء حساب فيه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية قبل الاستخدام.

Welcome to Soori App. By using the App or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before use.

📱 وصف الخدمةService Description

تطبيق سوري هو منصة شاملة تقدم الخدمات التالية في سوريا:

Soori App is a comprehensive platform offering the following services in Syria:

• تصفّح المتاجر والمنتجات المتنوعة وطلبها
• Browse and order from various stores and products
• خدمات التوصيل والشحن
• Delivery and shipping services
• محفظة إلكترونية لإدارة المعاملات المالية
• Digital wallet for managing financial transactions
• خدمات متنوعة أخرى (صيانة، خدمات منزلية، إلخ)
• Various other services (maintenance, home services, etc.)
• نظام تقييمات ومراجعات
• Ratings and reviews system
• عروض وكوبونات خصم
• Promotions and discount coupons

👤 حساب المستخدمUser Account

• يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عاماً على الأقل لاستخدام التطبيق
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة عند التسجيل
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية حسابك وكلمة مرورك
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• يجب تأكيد البريد الإلكتروني لتفعيل الحساب بالكامل
• Email verification is required to fully activate your account
• يحق لك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق
• You have the right to delete your account at any time from the app settings

💰 المحفظة الإلكترونية والمعاملاتDigital Wallet & Transactions

• المحفظة الإلكترونية مخصصة للاستخدام داخل التطبيق فقط
• The digital wallet is for in-app use only
• الأسعار المعروضة هي بالعملة المحلية (الليرة السورية)
• Prices are displayed in the local currency (Syrian Pound)
• الأسعار قد تتغير دون إشعار مسبق بسبب ظروف السوق
• Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions
• لا يمكن استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة إلا وفقاً لسياسة الإرجاع
• Refunds are only available according to our return policy
• التطبيق غير مسؤول عن أي خلاف بين المشتري والبائع بخصوص جودة المنتجات
• The App is not responsible for any disputes between buyers and sellers regarding product quality

🚫 الاستخدام المحظورProhibited Use

يُحظر عليك:

You are prohibited from:

• استخدام التطبيق لأي أغراض غير قانونية
• Using the App for any unlawful purposes
• إنشاء حسابات وهمية أو متعددة بدون إذن
• Creating fake or multiple accounts without authorization
• محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به لحسابات الآخرين
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• التلاعب بالأسعار أو التقييمات أو المراجعات
• Manipulating prices, ratings, or reviews
• نشر محتوى مسيء أو مخالف للقوانين
• Posting offensive or illegal content
• محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل خدمات التطبيق
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the App's services
• استخدام أدوات آلية للوصول إلى التطبيق (bots, scrapers)
• Using automated tools to access the App (bots, scrapers)

📦 التوصيل والإلغاءDelivery & Cancellation

• أوقات التوصيل تقديرية وقد تتأثر بالظروف الخارجية
• Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external conditions
• يمكنك إلغاء الطلب قبل أن يبدأ التجهيز
• You can cancel your order before preparation begins
• بعد بدء التجهيز، قد لا يكون الإلغاء ممكناً
• After preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible
• رسوم التوصيل غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد إتمام التوصيل
• Delivery fees are non-refundable after delivery is completed

• التطبيق هو منصة وسيطة بين المشترين والبائعين
• The App is an intermediary platform between buyers and sellers
• لا نضمن جودة المنتجات أو الخدمات المقدمة من المتاجر
• We do not guarantee the quality of products or services offered by stores
• التطبيق مقدّم "كما هو" دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية
• The App is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties
• لسنا مسؤولين عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة ناتجة عن الاستخدام
• We are not responsible for any indirect losses resulting from use

🔒 الملكية الفكريةIntellectual Property

جميع المحتويات والتصاميم والعلامات التجارية في تطبيق سوري هي ملك لنا أو مرخّصة لنا. يُحظر نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أي جزء من التطبيق دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

All content, designs, and trademarks in Soori App are owned by or licensed to us. Copying or reproducing any part of the App without prior written permission is prohibited.

🔄 تعديل الشروطModification of Terms

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سنُعلمك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر إشعار في التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
